Quick Answers

We reply by email within one business day during the week. If your race date is close, mention the date in your message so we can prioritize the reply. For an event taking place within the next few days, mark the subject with the word urgent and we will bring it to the front of the queue.

Yes. The platform already supports twelve regions and can combine several events into one series with a shared results board, combined rankings and club point tallies across the full calendar. Participants move between rounds with a single profile, so the series feels like one long campaign rather than a pile of separate races.

No. We provide the checkpoint tracking and timing stack, including bib tags, live splits and the finish clock. You focus on the course and the field while we handle the timing on race day. We also keep a small reserve of spare tags on hand in case a set goes astray during the race.
